Aggregate results dashboard
Roll up NPS, star ratings, yes/no breakdowns, and comments across all submissions.
Use the aggregate dashboard when you have many submissions and want the rollup, not the individual rows. From the admin nav, click Aggregate Results, pick the assessment, set a date range, and the page renders the rollups for every section type.
What you see
- NPS sections - total score, promoter/passive/detractor breakdown bars, count and percent per band. Picker also surfaces a mild-detractor band (5-6) for context but does not affect the score math.
- Rating sections - average score per question, distribution bar.
- Yes/No sections - percent yes vs no, count per option.
- Comment sections - chronological list of all responses with submission dates.
- MC sections - per-question correct rate, useful for spotting bad questions.
Filters
The date range picker filters every rollup at once. There is no per-section filter today; if you need that, run the aggregate twice with different ranges.
Sharing
The page itself is admin-only. To share results with a non-admin (a director, a client), use the per-submission share-link feature on individual submissions. A team-level share is on the roadmap.
