Pulsera Assess is operated by Pulsera Talent Group LLC ("Pulsera," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through assess.pulseratalent.com and related services, how we use it, and your choices.

2. Roles

When an organization (a "Customer") subscribes to Pulsera Assess and uses it to test candidates, the Customer is the data controller of candidate information and Pulsera is the data processor. When you create an account directly with us as a Customer admin, we are the controller of your account information.

Customer admin records are kept while the account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Candidate assessment data is retained according to the Customer's settings or until the Customer deletes it. Customers control their own retention.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of personal information about you. Candidates should direct rights requests to the Customer that issued their access code, since the Customer controls that data. Account admins can email info@pulseratalent.com.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate. No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your password.

9. International transfers

Pulsera is based in the United States and processes data here. By using the service, you consent to information being processed in the United States.

10. Minors

Pulsera Assess access codes may only be issued to candidates 14 years of age or older, consistent with the federal Fair Labor Standards Act minimum for non-agricultural employment. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 14, and customers must not issue access codes to candidates under 14.

Customers issuing codes to candidates aged 14 through 17 are solely responsible for obtaining any parental or guardian consent required by their jurisdiction, complying with applicable state work-permit and youth employment laws, and limiting the hours and types of work covered by the assessment to those permitted for the candidate's age.

11. Health information

Pulsera Assess is not a HIPAA-compliant platform and does not accept Protected Health Information. Customers must not upload PHI through assessment templates, candidate responses, or any other channel.

12. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the site (session, login, candidate progress). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and provide controls.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced to account holders by email.
