Industry packs
Adding domain-specific templates to your org, plus the cooldown rule.
Industry packs unlock domain-specific templates. Pro plans include 3 packs; Enterprise includes all of them.
Available packs
- Healthcare - Healthcare Tech, HIPAA Compliance, Medical Terminology, Patient Care Coordination.
- Finance, Retail, Hospitality, Tech, Customer Service - placeholder packs; templates coming.
Adding and removing packs
From Settings » Billing » Industry Packs, check the packs you want. The change is immediate; templates from those packs become available right away. Uncheck to remove.
The cooldown
To keep packs from being a revolving door, removing a pack triggers a 30-day cooldown before you can re-add it. There is a 24-hour grace window: if you remove a pack and change your mind within 24 hours, we let you re-add without the cooldown.
The "Available on" date appears next to any pack that is currently in cooldown, so you always know when you can re-add it. Need an exception (a customer use case changed mid-cycle)? Email info@pulseratalent.com and we will lift the cooldown.
Why the cooldown?
Without it, customers swap between four or five packs every month to test templates without committing to a higher tier. The cooldown rewards customers who buy the plan they actually need.
