A two-minute orientation: what Pulsera Assess does and how the pieces fit together.
Pulsera Assess is a hosted platform for skills testing, candidate intake, and feedback surveys. You build assessments once, share an access code with the people who should take them, and review the results in your admin dashboard.
The pieces
- Assessments live in your org. They can be hiring tests (multiple choice, written, typing, Excel, pivot tables, data entry, checklists, ratings), surveys (NPS, star rating, yes/no), or facility evaluations.
- Access codes are how candidates get in. You generate a code, set when it expires and how many people can use it, and send it out by email or post it in a job listing.
- Submissions are completed responses. You can view individual results, share a link, or look at aggregate dashboards (NPS scores, star averages, yes/no breakdowns) when you have many.
