Inviting team members

Add admins, viewers, and managers to your org with the right level of access.

From Settings » Team, click Invite User. Enter their name, email, and role; we send an email with a one-click activation link. Invites expire in 7 days.

Roles

  • Owner - full access, including billing and the ability to delete the org. There is exactly one owner per org. Transfer ownership via Settings » Team » Transfer Ownership.
  • Admin - everything except billing and ownership transfer. Most working accounts should be admin.
  • Viewer - read-only access to assessments, codes, results, and aggregate dashboards. No code generation, no edit. Useful for stakeholders who want to see results without touching the configuration.

Managing existing users

The team page shows everyone with their role and last sign-in. You can change roles, revoke an unused invite, resend an invite that bounced, or remove someone who left. Removing a user does not delete the data they created.

Plan limits

Starter includes 2 admins, Pro includes 5, Enterprise has no limit. Viewers do not count against the admin cap on any plan.
