Self-serve recovery from a lost password.
Reset your password
Go to /admin/forgot-password.php. Enter your email and submit. If the email matches a real account, you will get a reset link within a minute. The link is single-use and expires in 1 hour.
If the email does not arrive
- Check the spam folder.
- Confirm you are using the email tied to the account (it might be different from your work email).
- If still nothing, contact info@pulseratalent.com from the email on file. We do not return the password (we cannot read it), but we can manually trigger another reset.
Password requirements
Passwords must be at least 10 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character. We hash with bcrypt; we never store the password itself.
Forgot which email you used?
Email info@pulseratalent.com from any address you might have signed up with. We will check our records and reply with the right one.
